A step closer

I've started packing for more than a week now, but my gma says that it's the 1st day I looked like I actually packed properly. I've even sorted out what documents I need to bring along in my handcarry. Since now that the only allow one piece of handcarry, whatever documents and even liquids have to be put into my laptop bag.

A good thing that BA now allows 2 bags to be checked in, 23kgs each. Take a look of my stuff man... I duno if ppl bring as much things as me. I guess they do.

28 inch bag. Current status: 25kg.

2nd bag which is slightly smaller. Current status: 11kg. Tons of plastic bags there: 1 plastic for each pair of sandals/shoes/slippers. Look like rubbish dump =(

Need to transfer heavy stuff to the smaller bag n the sandals to the other bag cuz sandals are light.

Scaryyyyy, what if I arrive there realising that I don't have important things with me???? I doubled-tripled check my stuff so many times and I would not check them again until 2 days before I leave.

I officially completed Part A of pharmacy programme

IMU had a convocation ceremony at Sheraton Hotel in Subang for the MBBS students, for BMed Science students, Masters of Science students, students who completed Phase I of medical programme, and US, PHARMACY STUDENTS!!! (That is not the entire list lah, but what I'm trying to stress here is the word 'us')

It was actually a very, very boring ceremony, with loads of speeches and I was practically dreaming and freezing in the ballroom while waiting for my turn to go up the stage to receive my scroll. The robe was so heavy and I wore it for hours in vanity so that I could take plenty of photos with it. Actually felt that I didn't take enough pictures but didn't really bother about it bcuz I still have 2 more convos coming up next year (if I manage to pass and get my degree).

I wanna say this again, thanks elot to my parents and my bf for presenting me with a bouquet of a dozen roses and a bouquet of a dozen graduation teddy bears. Carrying 2 bouquets of both flowers and teddy bears isn't that easy lol. Yi jie was saying that we pharmacy students looked more 'kua cheong' than those graduating with a MBBS bcuz there were more of us with flowers compared to them. I guess we pharmacy students are the more pampered ones kua. hehe.

Of coz I have to camwhore abit with my gifts marrr... I lurrrrveeee them sooooo much!!! Ppl were commenting on my S.U.P.E.R C.U.T.E T.E.D.D.Y. B.E.A.R bouquet bcuz I have 3 big bears in the centre and 9 smaller ones around them = ONE DOZEN teddy bears!

Finally, for the 1st time, I managed to keep the coffee solution up in my intestines for a few minutes. After so many trials and errors, I did it! At last!! I'm supposed to keep it up there for about 15 to 20 mins after the solution stop flowing, and I managed to keep for 8 mins. This is a success bcuz before this, I didnt even managed to keep for a minute.

Does it mean I will get well??? I hope. I pray, pls make it quick bcuz I sudah mau tak boleh tahan the s***** diet. Hehe I know I'm not disciplined enough. Took abit of biscuit, ice-cream, bread, noodle, etc.

Look at this mess. I really cannot pack nicely. Everything seems like it's just being dumped inside the suitcase. See the contact lens solution there? Stingy me, nono should put it this way. Wanting to save money (everyone else is just the same lol), I intend to bring one whole year supply of solution so that I do not need to buy them there.

That's not all my clothes. Not all are in yet. Hehe... If all are in, I realy don't know how am I gonna find space for shoes/sandals.

Regretted buying only a 28inched bag.

Nothing seem to work for my stupid and annoying eczema. Argh I hate the way it looks and I hate the way it feels. Can someone pls suggest a method??? Emo emo emo!!! Don't know why suddenly it appears few years back. Hate it so badly I wanna chop somebody's head now!

Torture

I'm supposed to be eating whatever I wanna eat, whatever that's nice to eat and whatever I think i will miss when I'm far far away from home. Instead, I've just started dis regime which goes like this... My diet consists only of honey+apple cider drink, fruit juices, oats+honey+raisin, other kinds of fruits (banana, dragonfrut, etc) and MY LUNCH N DINNER ARE JUST POTATOES AND TOMATOES!! (lunch: baked potato, dinner: potato soup). And most of this are organic and another minus point is dat I'm also not allowed to take any rice, noodle, salt, sugar, kicap or whatever else.

All bcuz I'm doing a detox coffee enema (TWICE a day, not one) which I will have to do for a period of a few days to a week, depending on how fast I progress. So, TORTURE for DAYSSSSS!!!

Yes, dis is bcuz my mum believes I'm having eczema bcuz I have something wrong in my body and I need to clear those stuff so I might get better... Just in time before I leave.

new look!

Went for a hair cut... supposedly to make my hair easier to maintain while I'm at the UK (cutting hair over there would cost a bomb, and ppl totally discourage it unless we really need it). Instead, it's even more difficult to maintain cuz it's so damn layered. Kinda like the hair cut though...Result= A less flat hair + more volume (good), the need to blow my hair everytime I bath (lazy but will do it). And I have fringe now!! I've been 'craving' for fringe. Hehe.

Few days after the haircut, I decided to go for a hair dye. Result= Red headed girl (that's what I call myself now). Some ppl say it's 'lala', but what can I do now?? It's too late to do anything. I just have to live up with it. At least the saloon used a good brand (scharzkopf) and did treatment for me as well, so my hair wouldn't look like it's gonna die anytime soon. Oh ya, darling, thx for paying for it as a gift.

Yes ppl, I know many of you who saw me couldn't recognise me. But this is how I look now.

Dinner at Chili's. Same spot we seated exactly 11 months back. Starting to feel emo. I know I will feel more and more emo as day by day passes. I don't wanna leave!!! I don't wanna go to UK. I'm already missing Malaysia and everyone here.

It's only 20 days before I leave and I haven't even got my luggage bag. I'm quite sure I'm one of the last ppl buying it. And I have tons of things to buy. My shopping list doesn't seem to get shorter and I'm quite sure I left out many things in my list (bcuz I don't even know what I want to bring). What if I exceed the max weight limit of 30kgs given??? I don't want to go through the embarrassment of Mr Hira (that's our tour agent) taking my photo removing things from my luggage at the airport and showing them in a Powerpoint slide to the next batch flying there next year.

Although I don't have a luggage bag yet, I've packed some of my things which I won't be using the next few weeks and put it into a basket and paper bag. Hoping to make life easier for me when I get it cuz I can just dump into the huge bag. Well, I don't know how to pack. How can ppl arrange things so nicely that they can fit so many things in there??? Mummy's gonna do it, I don't care! And I wanna bring Jesvin (that's a soft toy belonging to alvin), cannot bring mine cuz it's too big. Can she fit into my handcarry? I don't want to risk it being cut open by the customs if I just squash it into my check-in luggage. sobsob...

Hey ppl, I will call u guys out for a yumcha session or something before I leave. Isnt many ppl to meet I think cuz so many of you are already overseas. Well, do call me out ya if I forgot to... hehe yikesss...

N yeah. I will be blogging more often when I'm there so ppl can get updated about my life. Internet connection at home sucks cuz I have to use bro's computer. When I'm there, hopefully I get to online every single moment. hehe
